🛍️ All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products—including but not limited to:

All sales are final and non-refundable.
💡 Why No Refunds?
Each order is specially manufactured and tailored to your brand, making it ineligible for resale. This includes printing your logo, assigning your unique shade names, and producing in batch quantities.
📦 Order Issues or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement for any damaged or incorrect items (not due to customer error). Photo or video evidence is required to process claims.
⏳ Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we are unable to cancel or alter the order.
🧴 Custom Formulations & Services
All custom formulations, consultations, digital products (e.g., websites, AI tools), and BWA access are non-refundable and non-transferable.
