  • Production begins shortly after purchase; no changes or cancellations are accepted after 24 hours.

  • Client-submitted logos, names, or brand elements must not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2–4 weeks for most orders. Larger or custom-formulated orders may require additional time.

  • Shipping Time: Varies by destination. Shipping delays due to third parties (carriers, customs, etc.) are not our responsibility.
